Photo1. #1921 Represents version 1 we are doing in Wolverhampton livery. Blue-green with white-black-white lining. This version has "H" spoke wheels. Includes true Wolverhampton features such as the chimney and buffers.
The remarkably positive reaction we have received to the introduction of our recent Dean Single, GWR 517 and Dean Goods locomotives has amply demonstrated to us the growing interest in this characterful and attractive Victorian period in railway history.
In light of this, and as a direct response to a customer survey, we at the Lee Marsh Model Company are very pleased to announce the commissioning of yet another early small Great Western tank engine, the ever popular 850 class, of which no less than 170 examples were built.
This George Armstrong designed 0-6-0 saddle tank was an extensive class built in the Great Western Locomotive Works in Wolverhampton between 1874 and 1895. They proved to be an extremely useful and popular locomotive thanks to their lively performance and wide route availability, and in light of this had an incredibly long life, the last of the saddle tanks being withdrawn in 1951! This would be an ideal model loco not only for the branch line scene but also light mainline use on goods and passenger services covering many periods and variety of liveries.

- The ESU DCC decoders are configured with default settings on delivery if you let us know the DCC address you wish we can make all the settings including the address default, so if you have a problem then change CV8 to 8 will reset it entirely to the Lee Marsh Model Co Settings. Models are also fitted with the ESU Stay Alive powerpack.
